1. Who We Are

This Privacy Policy is issued by n1jl ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform located at https://n1jl.app ("Platform"). n1jl operates under a licence issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and is subject to Philippine law, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173, "DPA") and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.

For the purposes of the DPA, n1jl is the Personal Information Controller in respect of all personal data collected and processed through the Platform.

• Account Data — Username, encrypted password, account preferences, and communication history with n1jl support.
• Financial Data — Details of deposit and withdrawal transactions, payment method identifiers (e.g., GCash account reference, Maya wallet ID, bank account details), and transaction history. n1jl does not store full card numbers; payment card processing is handled by PCI-DSS compliant payment processors.
• Gaming Data — Full game history, wager amounts, session durations, win/loss records, and responsible gaming tool usage.

4. How We Use Your Personal Data

n1jl uses collected personal data for the following purposes:

• To create, verify, and maintain your n1jl account, including KYC identity verification as required by PAGCOR and AMLC regulations.
• To process deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions in Philippine Peso through your chosen payment method.

5. Disclosure to Third Parties

n1jl does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We disclose data to third parties only in the following circumstances:

• Payment Processors — GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and card networks (Visa, Mastercard) receive the minimum financial data necessary to process your transactions.
• KYC & Identity Verification Providers — Third-party identity verification partners receive identity documents and biometric data solely for the purpose of completing regulatory KYC checks.

Certain service providers engaged by n1jl — including cloud infrastructure providers and game software developers — may be located outside the Philippines. Where personal data is transferred outside the Philippines, n1jl ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place, including contractual clauses approved by the National Privacy Commission or equivalent internationally recognised data transfer mechanisms.

n1jl does not transfer your data to jurisdictions that do not provide an adequate level of data protection without implementing the safeguards described above.

7. Data Security

n1jl implements the following technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data:

• 256-bit Transport Layer Security (TLS/SSL) encryption for all data in transit between your browser or device and the n1jl Platform.
• AES-256 encryption for sensitive data stored at rest, including identity documents and financial records.
• Role-based access controls limiting personal data access to authorised personnel with a documented business need.
• Multi-factor authentication for all internal systems handling personal data.
• Regular penetration testing and vulnerability assessments conducted by independent security firms.

• Account and Identity Data — Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following permanent account closure, as required by PAGCOR licensing conditions and AMLC record-keeping obligations.
• Financial Transaction Records — Retained for a minimum of five (5) years in compliance with the AMLA and applicable BSP regulations.
• Game History — Retained for a minimum of three (3) years for dispute resolution and regulatory audit purposes.
• Support Communications — Retained for three (3) years from the date of the last communication.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised in accordance with n1jl's data disposal procedures.

11. Children and Minors

The n1jl Platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above in compliance with Philippine law. n1jl does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under 21 years of age. 21+

If n1jl discovers that personal data has been collected from a person who does not meet the minimum age requirement, the relevant account will be immediately suspended, all balances will be frozen pending investigation, and the personal data will be deleted in accordance with applicable law. If you believe a minor has registered an account, please notify n1jl support immediately.

12. Updates to This Policy

n1jl may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data practices, regulatory requirements, or Platform operations. Where updates are material, registered players will be notified via email to the address on record or through a prominent notification on the Platform, at least seven (7) days before the updated Policy takes effect.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the n1jl Platform after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
