Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering an account or using any service offered by n1jl. By accessing the n1jl platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
You must be 21 years of age or older and physically located in the Philippines to create and use an n1jl account. One account per person — duplicates are prohibited.
All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). n1jl does not accept deposits on behalf of third parties. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timelines stated in the Payments section.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements disclosed at the time of offer. Bonus abuse — including multi-accounting or exploitation of system errors — results in forfeiture and account suspension.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your n1jl login credentials. Unauthorized access must be reported to support immediately. n1jl will never ask for your password via email or chat.
n1jl reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or breach PAGCOR compliance requirements. Players may also self-exclude voluntarily.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Philippine courts and PAGCOR's regulatory dispute resolution procedures.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and n1jl ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://n1jl.app ("Platform").

If you do not agree to these Terms in full, you must immediately cease use of the n1jl Platform and close your account.
To register and maintain an n1jl account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
n1jl reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any time. Account access may be suspended pending verification. False declaration of eligibility constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.
Each person may hold only one (1) registered account on the n1jl Platform. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, identity documents, device fingerprint, IP address, or payment method — are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, n1jl will close all duplicate accounts and may, at its discretion, close the original account as well.
During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. You are obligated to keep this information current and notify n1jl promptly of any changes.
n1jl will verify your identity in accordance with its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations under PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine Anti-Money Laundering laws. You must provide valid Philippine government-issued identification upon request. Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your n1jl login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must contact n1jl support immediately via live chat.
All monetary transactions on the n1jl Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). n1jl accepts deposits via the payment methods listed on the Platform, which currently include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, USDT TRC20, Visa, and Mastercard. Available methods are subject to change without prior notice.
Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. n1jl will not process deposits from accounts belonging to third parties. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be refunded and the depositing account may be suspended pending investigation.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method. Deposits are credited to your n1jl account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified in n1jl's Payments FAQ. n1jl reserves the right to conduct additional identity and security verification before processing withdrawal requests above threshold amounts as required under PAGCOR regulations. n1jl will not process withdrawals to payment accounts not previously used for deposits, except in circumstances approved by the n1jl compliance team.
n1jl may, from time to time, offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements disclosed at the time the offer is presented.
Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general conditions apply to all n1jl bonuses:
All games available on the n1jl Platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, through independently verified physical dealing procedures. RNG systems used by n1jl's provider partners are regularly audited by internationally accredited testing laboratories including eCOGRA, BMM, and iTech Labs.
In the event of a malfunction — whether technical, software, or system-related — n1jl reserves the right to void all bets and transactions affected by the malfunction. All game results generated during a confirmed system error are void and not payable. A malfunction voids all pays and plays.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the n1jl Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities where applicable:
All content on the n1jl Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and interface design — is the proprietary intellectual property of n1jl or its licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without n1jl's prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, n1jl's aggregate liability to any player arising from or relating to these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
n1jl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity — arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, regardless of whether n1jl has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
n1jl makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from malicious code. You access and use the Platform entirely at your own risk.
n1jl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
n1jl complies with applicable Philippine data privacy law, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Personal data held by n1jl is processed solely for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance. n1jl does not sell personal data to third-party marketers.

Your continued use of the n1jl Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute between you and n1jl arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through n1jl's internal dispute resolution process, which can be initiated by contacting support via live chat. If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures or to the competent courts of the Philippines.
n1jl's records — including transaction logs, game history, and communication records — shall constitute prima facie evidence of the facts they record in any dispute proceeding, unless the player can demonstrate by clear and convincing evidence that the records are incorrect.
